We are a non-profit organization of small and medium agricultural producers formed in 2012 with the purpose of developing clean agriculture projects, friendly to the environment and socially inclusive.

With the approval in Colombia of Medicinal Cannabis crops in the year 2016, ASOMIRAVALLE NORTE becomes the first Association of Small and Medium Producers of Medicinal Cannabis to obtain in 2.018 the license for the cultivation of medicinal cannabis, grain and seed production, production of derivatives and manufacture of industrial products.

In 2.019 the Agronomic Evaluation Unit Registry and the Seed Source Registry were obtained, being empowered to develop varieties of genetics for the neotropical conditions of Colombia and in 2021 the Colombian Agricultural Institute ICA of the Ministry of Agriculture granted us five (5) varieties for commercial exploitation.

The agricultural process of the cultivation of Medicinal Cannabis is developed in the Rancho Villa Luz Farm that has 800,000 square meters in unbeatable ecological conditions, of which 200,000 square meters are dedicated exclusively to the agricultural project, the remaining 600,000 square meters are dedicated to conservation of the flora and fauna and natural waters that are born on the farm without any human intervention.

Location

Vereda Miravalle Norte del Corregimiento de San Marcos in the Municipality of Yumbo in the Department of Valle del Cauca between 1,400 to 1,650 meters above sea level, with an area of 80 ha and with a Non-Psychoactive Cannabis production program of 20 10 years ago.
